Liquidation

Liquidation Rules

This process occurs when the trader’s margin is insufficient and the clearing threshold is reached, and BoostSwap allows anyone to send clearing transactions to the smart contract. Then, the contract will check whether the specific transaction complies with the clearing rules, and if so, it will close the transaction. The remaining margin is charged a certain liquidation fee, different asset liquidation fees are different, and paid to the liquidator.

Base of Clearing Price

A transaction is cleared when it exceeds its clearing price. The price used for clearing is not a marker price, but an index price, which changes according to the relevant assets.

Clearing Threshold and Reward

The liquidation threshold and reward of each asset are different. The liquidation threshold and reward of each asset will be published in the form of a sheet.
